Domestic Shipping 

Andromeda offers insured shipping on every jewellery order at no additional charge to our customers within Canada, offering you added security on your purchase. Signature is required upon delivery.
 
International Shipping

Andromeda offers insured international shipping via Fedex delivery on every jewellery order to our customers worldwide, offering you added security on your purchase. Signature is required upon delivery. Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

Our price and shipping fees do not include import and custom duties. The customer is responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other associated fees that may be levied by the destination country.
Please be aware all international shipments can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained within the shipping box may be communicated to any and all shippers and customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process. Andromeda is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to custom clearance process.

Other Shipping Information

Andromeda Jewellery is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. 

If your package is sent back to Andromeda for any reason, you will be subject to pay for the re-shipment of your order. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
